Spice Isle Imaging Centre is Grenada's first medical imaging service center. In operation since July 2004, we have assisted our physicians to make numerous accurate, life-saving diagnoses.
The Centre was founded by Dominic Paul. While visiting a friend in hospital who was waiting to travel abroad to have a CT Scan performed, Dominic realized the need in Grenada for medical imaging services and the idea for Spice Isle Imaging Center was born.
Dominic was a pioneer with a dream encapsulated in the company’s vision statement, to be ‘The premiere diagnostic, medical, laboratory and general health care service provider in Grenada that is recognized internationally for quality services, service excellence and world class patient care’.
Our spiral scanner allows us to do a wide range of scans which include for example, Brain, Temporal Bones, Sinuses, Facial Bones, Neck, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, and Pulmonary Embolisms.
Our facility is equipped with an advanced tele-radiology system which allows our radiologist and other specialists to instantly review, analyze scans and issue reports.
Spice Isle Imaging Centre is located on The Carenage, in St. George's. The company has expanded into the delivery of medical services such as Immunology, Family Medicine, and Paediatrics. Services are also offered at its office on St. John’s Street, Grenville, St. Andrew’s.
We are open Monday to Friday from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. and have now extended our operational hours on Saturdays from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.
